1 jar spaghetti sauce, 3 cans dk red kidney beans,1 lb gr turkey or gr bf,chocolate,1 gr pepper, 2 carrots, spices, hot sauce, onion, (optional: after chili have been placed in individual bowls: shredded cheese & top place a 'dollop' of sour cream.
Ingredients: 1 can/jar spaghetti sauce, 3 cans of dark kidney beans or use 2 cans dark kidney beans and 1 can black beans. 1 lb ground beef or ground turkey, grated carrots (2), 1 small chunk of chocolate, hot sauce (to taste), ground black pepper, ground basil, garlic powder or ground garlic, 1 green pepper (diced), onion salt or finely chopped medium onion
brown ground turkey or gr beef in skillet (large, if possible), chop up the meat into small pcs. when done, put in all the ingredients mentioned above. stir. taste to see if it is hot enough, if not add more hot sauce. keep all ingredients in large skillet w/ meat or use another pot large enough to handle it all. stir well. cook on stove top on med/low heat. cover with lid if you have one. if not, that's ok, too. Stir every 5/10 minutes. make sure heat is not too high. if it is, the chili will burn. the ingredients should be just LIGHTLY SIMMERING TIL DONE. Great tasting and even better if you put a gollup of grated cheese and a gollop of sour cream on top of that! (do this after the chili has been cooked and placed in bowls.
