Jack's Turkey Burger

2 lb
minced raw turkey thigh meat, no skin
3 Tbsp
parsley, chopped
2 Tbsp
bread crumbs
1 Tbsp
fresh thyme
1 Tbsp
dry rub #1
1 Tbsp
onion, finely chopped


1Prepare a wood or charcoal fire and let it burn down to embers.

2In a large mixing bowl combine turkey meat with ingredients.

3Mix thoroughly and chill in refrigerator for at least 2 hours.

4When ready to grill, form into large patties and grill for 5 minutes on each side or until done.

5Make sure turkey mixture is cold before grilling.

6Serve with your choice of condiments.
