Four-Cheese Turkey Pasta Bake

Ingredients

8 oz
uncooked penne
1 small
onion
2 Tbsp
butter
4 clove
garlic
1 can(s)
cream of mushroom soup, diluted
1 pkg
8oz. cream cheese, softened and cubed
1 c
heavy whipping cream
1 c
milk
1 jar(s)
4 1/2 oz. mushrooms, drained
1/2 c
shredded mozzarella cheese
1/2 c
shredded parmesan cheese
1/2 c
shredded swiss cheese
1/4 tsp
ground nutmeg
1/4 tsp
ground pepper
2 c
cubed cooked turkey
1/2 c
seasoned bread
3 Tbsp
butter, melted

Step-By-Step

1Cook penne according to directions and drain

2In a large skillet, saute onion in butter until tender. Add garlic and cook 2 minutes. Add soup, cream cheese,cream amd milk; cook and stir just until cream cheese is melted. Stir in the mushrooms, cheesed and spices. Cook just until cheeses are melted. Add turkey and penne and heat through

3Transfer to a greased 2 1/2-qt. baking dish. In a small bowl combine topping ingredients and sprinkle of pasta mixture. Bake at 35 minutes for 25 min. Uncover, bake 10-15 minutes longer or until golden brown.
