Bacon Peanut Butter Turkey Burgers

- 1 1/2 lb
- ground turkey
- seasoning salt
- peanut butter
- 8 slice
- cooked bacon (crunchier the better)
- hamburger buns
- olive oil (to cover bottom of pan)
1Form the ground turkey into well packed patties, salt each side lightly with seasoning salt, and then cook in a lightly oiled skillet (flipping occasionaly) until cooked through.
2Remove patties to paper towels to drain excess fat.
3Split the hamburger buns and spread one side with peanut butter, and then two pieces of bacon.
4Add one turkey burger, top with top half of bun and enjoy!
