Ingredients

8 oz
peeled deveined shrimp rough chop
2 Tbsp
red curry paste
1 large
egg
2 tsp
fish sauce
3 Tbsp
brown sugar
2 Tbsp
coconut cream
1/4 c
chinese long beans chopped
2 Tbsp
thai basil leaves chopped
2 Tbsp
oil

SWEET CILANTRO SAUCE

1/2 c
thai sweet chili sauce
1 Tbsp
fresh lime juice
2 Tbsp
each cilantro chopped and brown sugar
1 tsp
ginger minced

Directions Step-By-Step

Make the sweet cilantro sauce by mixing all ingredients together and set aside..

Chill the shrimp for 15 minutes. Combine the chilled shrimp with the red curry paste, egg, fish sauce, sugar, Chinese long beans, basil and coconut cream in a food processor. Make into patties

Heat oil in skillet. Fry the patties in oil until they are browned and cooked through about 5 minutes. Serve drizzled with sweet cilantro sauce
