Mix bread crumbs, butter and parsley. Sprinkle half of this mixture in bottom of 6x8-inch baking dish. Drain oysters reserving 1/2 cup of liquid. Arrange oysters on crumbs. Combine reserved liquid and half-and-half, pour over oysters. Salt is not needed. Top with remaining crumb mixture. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes. Makes 6 servings.
