Ingredients

1/2
lime, zested and juiced
1 Tbsp
maple syrup
1 1/2 tsp
sriracha
1/2 tsp
coarse sea salt
1 1/4 lb
salmon fillet, skin removed
2 Tbsp
coarsely chopped cilantro

Step-By-Step

1Preheat oven to 425°.
2In a bowl, whisk zest, juice, syrup, Sriracha, and salt.
3Place salmon in a baking dish lined with parchment paper; pour mixture over top.
4Roast until cooked through and flaky, 15 minutes. Sprinkle with cilantro; serve.
