Citrus Ginger Scallops

Scallops are probably the most eaten of all the seafood.

I know they are my personal favorite

Ingredients

4
12-inch wooden skewers
1 lb
bay scallops
1 tsp
grated orange peel
1/2 c
orange juice
1 tsp
grated gingerroot
2 Tbsp
soy sauce
1 clove
garlic, minced

Step-By-Step

1Soak skewers in water.

Rinse scallops and place in shallow glass dish.
2Stir together peel, juice, ginger, soy sauce and garlic and pour mixture over scallops.

Cover; refrigerate 30 minutes, turning scallops once.
3Preheat grill to medium-high heat.

Thread scallops onto skewers.
4Grill for 2 to 2-1/2 minutes.

Turn and cook 2 to 2-1/2 minutes longer.
