Charlize's Garlic Butter Crab Legs

Leanne D.

The first evening my husband and I visited our sons, they cooked this dish.It was DELICIOUS.A friend of theirs made it for them and they both said they knew we would love it and they were correct!
My sons bought cooked crab legs and sautéed them just until the garlic was cooked and the crabs were hot instead of baking them(in the original recipe the crabs were raw) They also added crushed red pepper flakes & black pepper because they love spicy food.He said he also used the whole lemon, then it up and added it to the sauté.He also used a whole head of garlic.(it was not too much garlic)

Place crab legs in a 9x13 baking dish, brushing each leg with the sauce.. Pour any remaining sauce over. Put the pan into the oven on the center rack.Bake your crabs for about 25 minutes or so (depending on how thick the legs you have are), brushing the sauce from the bottom of the pan onto the legs every 5-7 minutes.
