Ingredients

individual puff pastry shells
2 Tbsp
butter
1
small onion, chopped
1 clove
garlic, minced
8 oz
mushrooms, quartered
1 lb
cooked veal, bite-sized
1/4 c
white wine
1/2 c
half and half
1/4 c
sour cream
1 Tbsp
worchestershire
1/2 tsp
paprika
1 pinch
nutmeg
1 pinch
cayenne pepper

Step-By-Step

1Bake individual pie shells.
2Melt butter and saute onion and garlic.
3Add wine, mushrooms, and meat. Cover, cook 5 minutes.
4Remove cover and increase heat to reduce liquid by half.
5Add half and half, sour cream, and spices.
6Place filling in individual pie shells and serve.
