Ingredients

2 slice
multigrain bread (we tested w/light wheat and oat bread)
3 Tbsp
almond butter (sunflower, flax, cashew or other seed/nut butter can be subbed)
2 slice
bacon, crisply cooked and drained (or your favorite vegetarian bacon)
1 Tbsp
honey (we also tested the second sandwich switching berry jam for honey)
pinch
ground cinnamon
1 small
banana, peeled and sliced

Step-By-Step

1ARRANGE bread in even layer on clean work surface.
2STIR together almond butter or similar seed or nut butter, bacon, honey, and cinnamon in small bowl. Spread on bread, dividing evenly. Divide banana between 2 slices of the bread in even layer. Place other slice of bread on top.
3HEAT large nonstick skillet coated with cooking spray over medium heat. Add sandwiches and grill until golden and heated through, 4 to 5 minutes per side.
