Paul's Chicken Salad

It always surprises me how something so simple can make such a big impression. I made this for my dad to take to work for a pot luck and everyone was asking for the recipe. Awesome on a sandwich or served in a bed of lettuce.

Ingredients

3
chicken breasts, cooked and shredded
1
onion, chopped
1/2 cup
dill pickles, chopped
2 cloves
garlic, minced
1
jalapeƱo, seeded and minced
1/2 cup
mayonnaise
1 Tbsp
dried dill weed

Step-By-Step

1Combine all ingredients in a large bowl and mix well.
2Place in fridge for an hour or so to allow it to tighten up a bit before serving.
3Add salt and pepper to taste.
