This is a great recipe my nextdoor neighbor's sister makes. It's different but it yummy !! It's been used for years serving a bunch of hungry folks. Thanks Barbara for sharing you Tried and True Recipe.
Cover ribs with unsalted water in large pan. Simmer on burner for for one hour, drain well.
Stir together mustard, soy sauce, horseradish,honey and ginger. Brush over drained ribs. Grill over hot coals or broil 15-20 minutes, turning often and brushing with sauce. Serve with slaw, baked beans, potato salad, garlic toast, and ice tea. Apple Pie and Ice Cream for dessert.
