Slow Cooker Crock Pot

Ingredients

1 lb
pork roast (i used an already garlic & herb marinaded pork roast)
3 small
green peppers
3 small
red peppers
2
freshly chopped jalapeño peppers
2 clove
garlic (chopped)
2 tsp
salt
2 tsp
pepper
2 Tbsp
chilli powder
2 c
water or your favorite beer
1/2
onion (chopped) *if you are not an onion fan, you can replace the onion with 2 tsp of onion powder instead*

Step-By-Step

1Carefully chop peppers, jalapeños, onions, & garlic (you can mix seeds from peppers & jalapeños into the chopped peppers to add a little spice!)
2Place your THAWED chunk of pork roast in center of crockpot.
3Decor the surrounding of the pork roast by spreading the beautifully chopped veggies around the roast.
4Sprinkle salt, pepper, chilli power, (onion salt) over roast & veggies then pour water (or beer) over it to make the brothy goodness.
5Cook pork roast for 6-8 hours on LOW or until roast has fallen apart nicely (it's best to cook it overnight so you don't feel like you're waiting all that time). Enjoy!
