Brown the pork chops until slightly golden brown in olive oil saute mushrooms, onions, green peppers in frying pan. Prepare sauce in large roasting pan.
Place one layer of pork chops on the bottom as closely together as possible.
Ladle prepared sauce over pork chops. Mix green pepper, and mushrooms and onion over top of sauce.
Bake at 450 for 1 1/2 to 2 hours.
