Ingredients

2 1/2 lb
ground pork butt, do not trim fat
1/2 lb
ground chuck
6
raw potatoes, ground
1
medium onion, chopped very fine
4 tsp
fine sea salt
1 tsp
freshly ground black pepper
1 tsp
ground allspice
1 c
scalded milk-cooled

Step-By-Step

1Mix all ingredients together. Stuff washed castings.
2Boil in salted water for 45 mintues and prick each one a few time so they don't burst.
3Lift them out. Wrap twice in freezer paper. Freeze.
