Oh, YUMMY! This sounds so good! I'll be making this soon. I've got everything but the cheese. If I'm lucky I'll have it to myself so I can eat it @ wk for lunch a couple of days. :)

Can this be assembled and frozen?

These are delicious. I used multi-grain Ciabata bread for individual sandwiches instead of the French bread. The extras will be "seal-a-mealed" and frozen.

What is pork sausage? Is it like breakfast sausage or italian that you get on pizza? I know this might sound crazy...Im new at the cookin scene.

@AMANDA- pork sausage normally comes in 1 lb 'chubs' (fat and short rolls) it is normally located with your bacon and breakfast meats in your grocers section at store. This is not my recipe so hopefully Teresa will chime in. But the pork sausage I know will be similar to ground beef but in short, lil fat, plastic covered rolls that have the various name brands on outside. You just cook this like your ground beef as the recipe states.

Congrats Teresa on the Blue, pinched and hope to try very soon! Blessings, Diana
