Renee's Notes:

there are so many ways to make this! bread stuffing or pork sausage stuffing. I prefer seasoned bread stuffing as stuffing pork with more pork would be too over the top for me!!

Directions

1
prepare your stuffing then cut up apple and cook with 3 tablespoons water in microwave five minutes or until semi tender. add apple and 1/2 cup almonds to prepared stuffing
2
with sharp knife form a pocket in meat by cutting horizontially through each chop 3/4 of the way thru dip chops in eggs
3
in skillet over medium heat fry chops for five minutes each side till browned turning once
4
after cooling chops, mix beef bouillon with water.
5
stuff chops with stuffing almond apple mixture
6
in baking dish arrange browned stuffed chops, pour bouillon mix over cover with foil and bake 325 for 1 hour. garnish with remaing almonds
