prepare your stuffing then cut up apple and cook with 3 tablespoons water in microwave five minutes or until semi tender. add apple and 1/2 cup almonds to prepared stuffingwith sharp knife form a pocket in meat by cutting horizontially through each chop 3/4 of the way thru dip chops in eggsin skillet over medium heat fry chops for five minutes each side till browned turning onceafter cooling chops, mix beef bouillon with water.stuff chops with stuffing almond apple mixturein baking dish arrange browned stuffed chops, pour bouillon mix over cover with foil and bake 325 for 1 hour. garnish with remaing almonds
