If you want a little extra flavor, serve with pickles or sriracha mayo coleslaw (mayo, sriracha, pinch of salt/pepper and tsp of apple cider vinegar).

2 Tbsppaprika

1 tspcumin

1 tspcayenne red pepper

2 Tbspspicy mustard

2 Tbspolive oil

1 tsponion powder

1 Tbspancho chile powder

1 Tbspsea salt

1 Tbspbrown sugar

1/4 capple cider vinegar

1 tspcoarse black pepper

1 tspgranulated garlic

2 Tbspcrushed garlic

2-3 lbpork butt
How To Make spicy pulled pork in instapot

1Cut into big chunks. Rub with mustard

2Rub with olive oil

3Rub with spices and Brown for 10 mins on sauté setting of instapot.

4Pour apple cider vinegar on top. Put on closed setting for release valve and meat setting on high pressure for 60 mins. Let naturally vent for about 30-60 mins.

5After it’s finished, remove the top and use a wooden spoon to easily mash and shred the pork in the instapot.

6Serve with your BBQ sauce or choice on top of toasted and buttered rolls, slider buns or hamburger buns.
