Spanish Rice

1 large
onion, chopped
1 large
green pepper, chopped
1 pkg
hot sausage
1 lb
1 can(s)
rotel tomatoes
1 can(s)
chopped tomatoes
1 1/2 c
raw rice
beef boullion cube if you desire
1 clove

Directions Step-By-Step

Saute the onion and green pepper with pkg. of hot sausage and hamburger. Add the fresh garlic clove at this time. When above ingredients are ready add the Rotelle Tomatoes, chopped Tomatoes and rice. Add water accordingly to rice and simmer for 20 minutes. Then turn off and let set for about 15 minutes. My family likes this as a meal and sometimes we add a salad and/or Garlic Bread.
