I happen to love spam. I made this sammich around 2 am one morning. This fried yumminess hit the spot. After eating this forbidden goodness, I laid down and slept like a baby. Try spam and you might find yourself saying "Spam I Am". Happy Sammie Making! sw:)

Ingredients

2 can(s)
spam, sliced 1/4 inch thick
4 oz
romaine lettuce, shredded
2 medium
vine-ripened tomatoes, sliced
8 slice
good american yellow cheese
1/4 c
real mayonaisse
4
potato buns, sliced
salt and pepper to taste

Step-By-Step

1In a large frying pan, fry spam until nice and crispy. Flip add sliced cheese. Fry until cheese begins to melt.
2In that same frying pan, toast your buns until golden brown
3Build you sammich: on the bottom half of bun, slather mayo, add lettuce, tomatoes, sprinke a lil' salt and pepper, spam w/cheese and top the goodness with the top bun and enjoy!
