Ingredients

1 1/2 lb
lean grounf beef
(or use half beef and half pork)
1/2 c
finely chopped onion
1 pkg
(8 ounces) sour cream
1 tsp
garlic powder
salt and pepper to taste
1 c
milk
1
small package frozen peas

Step-By-Step

1Mix meat, onion, half of sour cream, garlic powder, salt, and pepper. Form into balls and brown in an oven proof skillet. Stir together remaining sour cream, milk, and peas. Pour this mixture over meatballs in skillet. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes or until meatballs are completely cooked. Serve with baked potatoes or rice.
