Ingredients

1 lb
smoked sausage
2 medium
celery ribs, chopped
1 medium
onion, chopped
1 Tbsp
margarine
1 c
water
1/2 can(s)
milk
3 medium
potatoes, sliced
1 can(s)
cream of potato soup, condensed

Step-By-Step

1In a large skillet, saute the sausage, celery and onion in margarine until the vegetables are tender. Stir in the water, milk and soup. Bring to a boil.
2Add the potatoes. Reduce heat, cover and simmer for 20-25 minutes or until potatoes are tender, stirring once.
