Ingredients

3 lb. pork shoulder roast
1 bag(s)
(16 oz) frozen chopped collard greens
1
onion, chopped
1 box
(32 oz) swanson chicken broth
2 Tbsp
apple cider vinegar
1 Tbsp
sugar
1 Tbsp
mccormick montreal steak seasoning
1/2 tsp
liquid smoke

Step-By-Step

1Place frozen collard greens in the slow cooker.

2Combine the onion, chicken broth, vinegar, sugar, steak seasoning, and liquid smoke together in a saucepan. Bring to a boil.
Pour over greens.

3Place roast (fat side up) over greens. Cover and cook on LOW for 6 to 8 hours.
