Slow Cooker Pulled Pork

This is my husband's favorite way to have pulled pork!

Ingredients

1 2/3 can(s)
dr pepper
1
boneless pork roast
1 c
barbecue sauce (any flavor though i prefer thick and spicy honey)
1 3/4 tsp
salt
1 1/2 tsp
pepper
1 3/4 tsp
cajun seasoning
1 1/2 tsp
garlic powder

Directions Step-By-Step

Take your Dr. Pepper and pour it into a bowl. You then add the barbecue sauce and all the seasonings. Mix well.

Take your pork roast and put it into your crockpot and then you pour your Dr. Pepper mixture on top of the roast. Turn the crock pot on low for 8 hrs.

When pork roast is done, take it out of the mixture and then you shred the pork roast. You then take the Dr. Pepper mixture and cook it on medium on the stove until it reduces to a thick sauce (usually 8-12 minutes). Top pork roast with the sauce and ENJOY!
