yellow peppers(cut)

onions (cut)

potatoes( cut in cubes)
2 tsp
minced garlic
3 tsp
italian seasoning
4 Tbsp
butter or margarine
2 jar(s)
sweet peppers in (juice)
3 dash(es)
olive oil

Directions Step-By-Step

per heat oven to 350 get a glass or metal pan a nice size one and deep so it can all fit because when you start to cut it all up it will be full,but once it starts to cook it will go down.start by cutting sausage about 1 inch to 1inch 1/2 long before you add sausage too the pan add olive oil dash it on the bottom of the pan
cut up peppers & onions (peppers)i cut the tops off then make one long cut down the side then lay it flat and cut long strips and then cut the strips again in half (onions)cut off the ends and peel the outside off ,stand the onions on the flat side and cut the onion in half of it give you a half of circle lay the half circle flat and cut about 1 inch slices all the way down then cut them in half put in the pan also cut the jars peppers the same way and add the sweet peppers and the juice to the pan ( from both jars)
now add minced garlic and italian seasoning and mix well add the butter right on top to melt right in I add a little more minced garlic and italian seasoning to the top!!and bake stir it a couple of times when it in the oven cooking about 1 hour and until sausage is cooked fully and potatoes are soft and brown
