This is a super easy recipe and so fast to make when you want to make something quick and easy. It also tastes great!

Ingredients

1 1/2 lb
italian sausage, sweet, mild or hot (your choice)
2 large
green bell peppers, diced and sliced
2 large
onions, sliced
2 can(s)
stewed tomatoes
4 - 6
italian sub rolls
mozzarella cheese for topping (optional)

Directions Step-By-Step

Fry sausage in skillet on medium heat until browned and cooked through.

In another skillet saute' peppers and onions in a little bit of olive oil.
Add stewed tomatoes, cover and simmer for approximately 20 minutes over low heat.

Add sausage and pan drippings, cover and cook on low for 10 more minutes.

Serve on Italian sub rolls and can top with some mozzarella cheese! YUMMMMM!
