Found this recipe on letthebakingbeginblog.com. I really enjoyed this simple, tasty meal. I would have used more peppers, had I thought my children would have eaten it!

Ingredients

8-12 oz
fettuccini
2 c
chopped bell peppers
3/4 c
diced onion
2 c
sliced sausage (i used turkey kielbasa & italian sausage)
1/2 c
chopped parsley
3/4 c
heavy cream
1 c
chicken broth
1 Tbsp
chopped garlic
1/2 c
cherry tomatoes, cut in half
1 Tbsp
olive oil

Step-By-Step

1Cook pasta according to directions.

2Heat oil over high heat, add sausage, peppers and onions cook until soft.

3Add chicken broth and the cream.

4Add drained pasta, parsley and garlic. Stir to combine and simmer on medium until the sauce is thickened and coats the pasta.

5Season to taste and top with cherry tomatoes.
