One of my favorite restaurants is Texas Roadhouse. I love their ribs. The closest Texas Roadhouse to us is over 2 hours away. I have a hard time driving 2 hours for dinner. I decided to see if I could make fall off the bone ribs at home. After doing some research I decided to try them in the crock pot. I figured the long slow heat would make the meat more apt to fall off the bone…& I was right! It's not the copycat version of Texas Roadhouse recipe, but I thought it would be a cute name since Texas Roadhouse inspired this recipe.
