Ingredients

4 lb
2-7 lb. pork roast (medium lean)
2 c
water
3/4 c
vinegar
1/4 tsp
black pepper
1/4 tsp
cayenne pepper
2
bay leaves
.50 bottle
hickory smoke

PUT ROAST ON ROASTER AND ADD ALL INGREDIENTS EXCEPT VINEGAR

Put lid on and bake at least 5 hours @ 300 degrees or until it starts to fall apart. Shred meat with two forks and sprinkle with a little vinegar.

When ready to eat, put in soft buns,
