Prego Pork and Peppers

Ingredients

2 Tbsp
olive oil

pork chops, 3/4-inch thick
2 medium
green bell peppers, cut into strips
1 medium
onion, 8 wedges
28 oz
prego spaghetti sauce with meat
6 c
egg noodles, cooked and hot

Step-By-Step

1In a 10-inch skillet over medium-high heat, add 1 tablespoon oil, cook half of the chops 10 minutes or until browned on both sides.
2Remove; set aside.
3Repeat with remaining chops.
4Reduce heat to medium.
5In same skillet, add in remaining 1 tablespoon hot oil; cook peppers and onion until tender-crisp, stirring often.
6Stir in spaghetti sauce.
7Over medium-high heat, heat to boiling.
8Return chops to skillet.
9Reduce heat to low.
10Cover; cook 10 minutes or until chops are no longer pink, stirring occasionally.
11Serve over noodles.
