Ingredients

2 lb
pork loin chops, boneless
4 Tbsp
butter, unsalted
4 Tbsp
vegtable oil
pinch
salt and pepper
dash(es)
paprika
8 oz
heavy cream
3 Tbsp
flour

Step-By-Step

1season chops with salt, pepper and paprika on both sides, put enough paprika to coat chops.
2heat butter and oil in frying pan
3place chops in pan and cook on each side for 3-5 minutes, depending on thickness, then set aside on warm plate.
4add flour to pan, absorbing the oil, then add the cream scraping the pan, cook until thickened. Pour over chops and enjoy!
