PORK CHOPS IN SOUR CREAM WITH LEMON, ONION & MORE!

- 1/2" thick, or more, pork chops
- salt and pepper
- 4 slice
- each lemon, onion, green pepper rings
- 4 Tbsp
- 1 pt
- sour cream
- 1/2 c
- chili sauce
1Slice lemon, onion & green pepper really thin. Brown chops in skillet with salt & pepper to taste.
Put one slice each lemon, onion & green pepper on top of each chop. Put 1 Tbsp. honey on each chop.
2Mix sour cream and chili sauce together. Pour sour cream & chili sauce mixture over the chops and cover tightly.
Cook gently at a simmer til chops are tender, about 1 hour, depending on thickness of chops.
