- lindberg-snider porterhouse & roast seasoning

- chicken stock
1Preheat skillet medium-high with Olive oil. Rub meat with seasoning, covering entire loin. Sear on all sides about 4-5 minutes per side.
2Turn crockpot on high. Pour in chicken stock and garlic (whole) When meat is seared on all sides, place in crockpot, cover with lid and let go for two hours on high. Then place on low for four hours.
3When meat falls apart, you're ready to serve. Enjoy!
