Wanted to use up some pulled pork and threw this together, they ate it and I didn't have to put anything away.

Ingredients

4 c
'pulled pork
1 can(s)
diced tomatoes with chilies
1 can(s)
tomato paste
2 c
frozen peas
1 small
green pepper chopped
4 Tbsp
sofrito
2 pkg
sazon
1 tsp
adodbo powder
4 c
cooked white rice
4 Tbsp
oil
1 1/2 c
water

Directions Step-By-Step

heat pan , add oil and heat the oil, add green pepper and cook until green pepper is tender.

add sofrito, cook a few minutes, add tomato paste, stir till smooth, add tomatoes, sazon and adobo powder cook stirring constantly for 5 minutes.

add water, pork and peas, stir , cover and simmer for about 20 minutes , serve over white rice.
