Megan's Story

Say that 3 times fast! lol When I was growing up, my mother's favorite way to make Country Pork Ribs, was by simply wrapping bacon around them, seasoning and baking. I've kept with that tradition, but kicked it up a notch! These are great with some broasted or oven roasted potatoes!

What an abomination! it looks the most disgusting thing to eat ever. Add ketchup and ranch dressing and stick in a bunch of hotdogs and hot wings too (you know the more = the better for the people who have absolutely no idea what is cooking). Then fry the whole thing... mmm so good. how can you serve this poison to your family?

this is awesome. second time i made minor changes to my liking, marinated the bacon wrapped country ribs in the italian dressing and bourbon, and for the sauce just used a mix of a vinegar mustard bbq sauce from a local spot, baby rays original and baby rays hickory. and it was even better. next time im gonna play with a dry rub instead of a marinade, on the bacon and pork, a similar sauce with bourbon and honey added , but the ribs up on a rack and basted repeatedely. i love when i find a recipe that inspires me to want to keep making it and adding to it. thank you.
