Bring orange juice concentrate,honey,lime juice,butter and 1teaspoon ginger to a boil in sauce pan. Boil for 1 minute.Remove from heat.
Sprinkle pork with garlic salt,pepper,and remaining 1 tablespoon ginger.Bake in oven at 350 3-4 hours or to a 165 on meat thermometer. Brush pork with orange glaze 30 minutes before end of cooking process.
You can do this also in a slow cooker put on high setting for 8-9 hours or to a 165 on a meat thermometer.
