Ingredients

1 lb
ground lamb
1 lb
gound pork
2 medium
onion, chopped
2 1/8 c
red wine
salt and pepper
1/2 c
flour
1/2 c
water
1 pkg
frozen corn
mashed potatoes
1 Tbsp
bells poultry seasoning

Step-By-Step

1This recipe makes 2 pies!

Heat a small amount of oil in a fry pan, add onions. When onions are soft add the pork and lamb.

2Brown meat. Add salt, pepper, bells poultry seasoning, and wine. Let reduce a bit and taste adjust seasonings if needed.

3Mix flour and water, then add to the fry pan with the meat. Cook until thickened.

4Add meat to two pie dishes, top with frozen corn and top with mashed potatoes.

5Place in 350 oven for 35 mins...freeze the extra one!
