loin chops about 1 inch thick
Place chops in a shallow baking pan.
Cover tops and sides with Roquefort cheese.
Mix sour cream and water and pour over chops until just barely covered.
Bake uncovered in a slow oven about 275 degrees for about an hour.
In the last 15-20 minutes turn oven up a bit so that the chops are crisp and brown.
