I have bgeen making this for years now. I even bast potatoes with the butter too.

Ingredients

1 lb
beef or pork cut to 1 inch cube
1 c
margarita mix
1 tsp
ground coriander
1 clove
garlic
2 Tbsp
butter, softened
2 tsp
lime juice
1/2 t tsp
sugar
1 Tbsp
chopped parsley
1 large
green or red bell pepper
2 medium
ears of corn

Step-By-Step

1Combine margarita mix, coriander, and garlic. Place in heavy large plastic bag with meat.
2marinade 1 hour or longer
3blend butter, lime juice,sugar,and parsley together and set aside.
4thread meat corn and peppers on skewers and grill over hot coals basting with the butter mixture 10 to 12 minutes turning frequently. DO NOT OVERCOOK
