My daughter is the pickiest eater! So, I have to come up with creative ways to make flavorful meals. She used to hate meatloaf. Then I came up with this recipe and made it for her. She loved it! My family loves it and requests it anytime we have family get togethers. I hope you enjoy!

Ingredients For londa's lip smackin meatloaf

1 lbground turkey
-
1 lbitalian sausage, mild
-
1 lbground beef
-
1 lbitalian meatballs diced (can use in place of ground beef for extra flavor)

3eggs
-
1green pepper diced
-
1red pepper diced
-
2onions, yellow, medium diced
-
2celery stalks, diced
-
6 slicewhited bread diced (or herbed flavored french bread for extra flavor)

1 cmilk
-
1/2 cparmesan cheese, grated
-
2 Tbspmortons nature seasonings
-
1 tspseasoning salt
- FOR SAUCE
-
1 cketchup
-
1 cbrown sugar
-
1/3 capple cider vinegar
How To Make londa's lip smackin meatloaf

1Preheat oven to 350 degrees.

2Saute red and green pepper with celery and onions. Let cool before mixing with other ingredients.

3Mix ground turkey, meatballs (or ground beef)and italian sausage together in bowl.

4Add parmesean cheese.

5Pour milk in a bowl and put bread in to soak. (about 5 minutes or while veggies cooking)

7Once veggies cool add all remaining ingredients to meat mixture in bowl and mix well.

8Spray loaf pans and divide meatloaf mix evenly between the two.

9For the sauce: Mix ketchup, brown sugar and apple cider vinegar together in a bowl and pour on top of meatloaves in pan.

10Bake in oven for about 1 1/2 hours to 1 hour 45 minutes. After 1 hour pour off excess oils and pour more sauce over the top and finish cooking.

11Take out after about 1 1/2 hours to 1 hour 45 minutes and let sit for about 30 minutes. Pour off any remaining oils, slice and serve.
