Linguine with Bacon, Baby Spinach and Sage

- ronzoni healthy harvest linguine
- 1/4 lb
- bacon, diced
- 1 medium
- onion, diced
- 1 1/3 c
- chicken stock
- 3 Tbsp
- chopped fresh sage leaves, or to taste
- 1/2 lb
- baby spinach leaves
- salt, to taste
- freshly ground black pepper, to taste
- grated parmesan cheese, to taste
1Cook pasta per package directions. Set aside.
2While pasta is cooking, in a large skillet, over medium heat, cook bacon 4-5 minutes, or until desired crispness.
3Add onion, and sauté 5-6 minutes, or until onion is tender. Stir in chicken stock and sage; simmer 1-2 minutes. Add spinach, and cook, until spinach just wilts. Salt and pepper, to taste.
4Drain linguine, and toss with sauce, and serve, sprinkled with Parmesan cheese.
