KIELBASA STUP

We were going to go out for dinner last night but changed our minds. I grabbed items from the pantry and came up this.

You could add any vegetable or a broth instead of water.

It was mighty tasty.

Ingredients

12 oz
kielbasa ring
3 small
potatoes (sliced to size you desire)
14 3/4 oz
can corn
15 oz
canned cabbage
1 large
onion chopped
15 oz
can stewed tomatoes
water (depends on how thick or thin you want)

Directions Step-By-Step

In medium fry pan place onions and saute with butter.
Add kielbasa chunks and fry.
Add 1-1/2 cups water
add sliced potatoes.
Cook til tender. (Depends on size of slices.)

Add corn (drained), cabbage (drained) and stewed tomatoes.
Heat to a boil and serve.
