Italian Meatloaf

Serve with remaining Spaghetti sauce. This meatloaf goes great with a side of pasta.

Ingredients

1 lb
hamburger
1 lb
italian pork sausage
1 c
bread crumbs
1 small
onion chopped
1/2 c
milk
1 jar(s)
spaghetti sauce
1 Tbsp
worcestershire sauce
1 1/2 tsp
salt
1/4 tsp
pepper
1/2 tsp
oregano, dried
1/2 tsp
sweet basil
1/2 tsp
italian seasoning
1/2 tsp
garlic minced
1
egg
6-8 slice
mozzarella cheese

Step-By-Step

1beat egg and milk together,
stir in spaghetti sauce (1/2 cup)

2In very large mixing bowl mix all ingredients together.

3Form into a loaf. I make a round loaf that fits into my microwave. Then take my round baking dish and put it in an oven bag to keep my microwave clean.

4Bake on high 10 minutes.

5Rotate and bake another 10-15 minutes til done.

6Let stand for 5 minutes. Cut into wedges and melt Mozzarella cheese on top of wedge slices.
