14hot dogs with about 40 calories & 1 gm of fat or less each

1 lgonion, finely chopped

1 cchili sauce
-
1 cgrape jelly, sugar free

1 1/2 tspdijon mustard
How To Make hg pump-up-the-jam cocktail weenies

1Cut each hot dog into thirds, leaving you with cocktail-sized franks. Place in the crock pot. Add onion to the crock pot as well.

2In a bowl, combine chili sauce, preserves & mustard; mix well. Add to the crock pot & gently mix to coat.

3Cover & cook on low for 3 - 4 hours.

4Stir well & then serve up the hot dogs with extra sauce on top!
