8 oz canpineapple, crushed in 100% juice, undrained

1/4 cdark brown sugar, firmly packed

1/4 capple cider vinegar

1/4 csoy sauce, low sodium

1/4 cchili sauce
-
1 tspchinese five spice powder
-
4 clovegarlic, minced
-
1/2 - 1 tspliquid smoke flavoring

1 tspsea salt
How To Make hawaiian crock pot ribs

1Mix together pineapple, brown sugar, vinegar, soy sauce, chili sauce, 5 spice, garlic, liquid smoke, & sea salt.

2Place the ribs into the crock pot & pour sauce over the ribs.

3Cover & cook on LOW for 8 - 10 hours. NOTE: The longer & slower you cook the ribs, the more tender the meat will be.
