Ingredients

HAM LOAF

1 lb
ground pork
1 lb
ground smoked ham
1 1/2 c
oats, quick cooking
1/4 c
milk
2
eggs
1 Tbsp
brown sugar, firmly packed

PINEAPPLE GLAZE

1 can(s)
crushed pineapple in juice (do not drain)
2 Tbsp
brown sugar, firmly packed
1 Tbsp
cornstarch
1 Tbsp
water

Directions Step-By-Step

Ham Loaf

Mix first 6 ingredients together, lightly press into a baking dish(loaf or square) and bake at 350 degrees for 1 1/2 hr or until the center temperature reaches 170 degrees. Serve with pineapple glaze.

Pineapple Glaze

Put pineapple and juice in a sauce pan over med heat and add brown sugar to taste. I like mine sweet and use about 2 tbsp. Add cornstarch to water and mix thourghly. With pineapple simmering stir in cornstarch water. Stir until thickened. Serve with Ham loaf.
