Ingredients

onion, minced
1 Tbsp
ham drippings

milk
1 c
ham, cooked and diced
1 c
corn, drained
1 Tbsp
parsley, minced
1/4 tsp
salt
1 dash(es)
pepper

Saute onion in drippings until tender.

Beat eggs in a bowl; add milk, ham, corn, parsley and seasonings.
