Saute garlic and onions in margarine in skillet for 5 minutes. Add remaining ingredients except for pork and bring just to a boil. Let cool and pour over pork in casserole or Ziploc bag reserving some for basting.
Marinate for at 3 hours or longer. Grill over medium-hot coals, basting with sauce frequently.
NOTE: If you are going to use the sauce that you marinated the meat in for basting it should be boiled for 3-5 minutes first.
