Balsamic vinegar and maple syrup? Absolutely! The glaze in this recipe is a real stunner. What a lovely meal for any special occasion.

Directions

Pre heat your indoor grill pan and coat with olive oil before preheating.(can use outdoor grill as well) Use Med high heat
2
Pat dry Ham Steak with paper towel and place on grill for 7 to 8 minutes per side depending on thickness

I used a ham roast. Used peas instead of asparagus, because no one likes them here. The glaze is delicious!

My husband and I are hoping to have a quiet Christmas Eve at home and I've been looking for a festive dinner idea that's not too much for two. This will be perfect and just right before all the eating that takes place on Christmas Day. Thanks so much!
